Terms of payment are within Power Converter Depot's sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed, payment must be received prior to acceptance of an order. Payment for the products and services and support may be made by wire transfer, online payment or some other prearranged payment method unless Power Converter Depot has agreed to credit terms. Invoices are due and payable within the time period noted on the invoice, measured from the date of the invoice. Power Converter Depot may invoice parts of an order separately. Orders are not binding upon Power Converter Depot until accepted. Any quotations given by Power Converter Depot will be valid for the period stated on the quotation. Customer agrees to pay interest on all past-due sums at the highest rate allowed by law.
Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on the invoice(s). Title to products passes from Power Converter Depot to Customer on shipment from Power Converter Depot's facility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Power Converter Depot is Power Converter Depot’s responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Customer is Customer’s responsibility.
